Short version.Creator tokens on PEGD can go to zero. There is no team allocation, no buyback promise and no guarantee of liquidity beyond what the Uniswap v4 pool holds. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

1. What you are buying

Every PEGD market is a fixed-supply token created by a creator and paired with USDC in a Uniswap v4 pool on Arc mainnet. The token has no intrinsic value, no claim on the creator, on PEGD, or on any asset, and no promised utility beyond access to the market’s holders-only Circle. Its price is set entirely by supply and demand in that one pool.

2. Price and liquidity risk

  • Prices are extremely volatile. A market can lose most or all of its value in minutes.
  • Liquidity is thin, especially in new markets. Large orders move the price significantly; slippage can be far higher than the slippage you configured if the pool state changes before your transaction confirms.
  • “Graduation” ($35,000 market cap) is a milestone badge, not a change in the pool. It does not add liquidity, lock anything, or imply endorsement.
  • Anyone — including the creator — can sell at any time. Creator trades are marked on the chart (DB/DS) when the trading wallet is the launch wallet, but creators may use other wallets.

3. Fees

Each router trade pays a 1% app fee, and each swap pays the pool’s 1% fee. On sells, the token-side pool fee is burned. These fees reduce your proceeds and are described in full in the docs. Gas on Arc is paid in USDC and is deducted from the same balance you trade with.

4. Smart contract and protocol risk

  • PEGD’s contracts and Uniswap v4 are immutable software. Bugs, exploits or unexpected interactions can cause loss of funds and cannot be reversed.
  • Contracts may or may not have been independently audited at any given time; the current status is stated on the Transparency page. An audit reduces risk; it does not remove it.
  • PEGD relies on third-party infrastructure (Arc network, the RPC provider, IPFS gateways, Privy). Outages can prevent you from trading at a time of your choosing.

5. Wallet and custody

PEGD never holds your funds. If you sign in with X, Privy creates an embedded wallet for you; you can export its private key from your Account page. Whoever controls the key controls the funds. Transactions you sign are final. PEGD support will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

6. USDC on Arc

USDC is the only quote asset and also the gas token on Arc. Sending USDC on the wrong network, or any other asset to your Arc address, can result in permanent loss. USDC itself is issued by Circle and carries issuer and de-peg risk that PEGD does not control. PEGD’s USDC reference feed is a fixed $1 accounting reference, not a de-peg oracle.

7. Future quote assets (RWA)

Tokenized stocks, gold and yield-bearing instruments are listed as roadmap entries only. They are disabled until each exact Arc token and an approved oracle or NAV adapter are verified onchain. When enabled, such assets add issuer, redemption, oracle-staleness and regulatory risks on top of the risks above, and may be restricted in your jurisdiction.

8. Revenue share to @pegdGPU NFT holders

PEGD intends to direct the platform’s share of protocol fees to holders of @pegdGPU NFTs through a distributor contract. Until that contract is deployed and listed on the Transparency page, no distribution exists. When it does: distributions depend entirely on trading activity and can be zero; parameters may be changed, paused or ended; and eligibility may be restricted by law in some jurisdictions. Nothing here is an offer, a promise of yield or a return on investment.

9. Circles and user content

Circles are chat rooms operated by creators. Content there is posted by users, is not verified by PEGD, and is not investment advice. Creators can pin, delete and block; PEGD may remove content that breaks the Terms.

10. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on pegd.fun is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Charts, stats and progress bars are informational. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
